Merguez Sausages, a New Window and Other News

This week sees the launch of our Merguez Sausage – The Merguez is a red, spicy Lamb & Beef fresh sausage in Maghrebi cuisine. Since the late twentieth century, it has been popular in France due to the large Algerian Population. Great on the BBQ. To Shop for Merguez Sausages follow the link.

We have had another improvement made to the side of our shop, replacing the old single side window from the 1950s with a modern version of the original Victorian panelled glass. Thank you to Wayne and his team at Forest View for another fantastic job, helping us return our shop to its original character.
