On Friday (5th April 2024) David was invited to the BBC radio Solent studios to discuss the importance of local venison and how it can be sustainably used as an alternative to beef. On the BBC Foodie Friday programme David gave the presenters the opportunity to try different venison meals including – venison sausages, kofta (both perfect for the BBQ), as well as a venison truffle (a product recently introduced to our Ready To Cook selection) and a venison chilli (part of our From Our Kitchen range of ready meals).
