This is a recipe that we make every Christmas and is enjoyed by our team whilst working hard getting everyone’s Christmas orders ready. We hope that you enjoy it as much as we do!
Ingredients
125g Tracklement’s Sweet Chilli Jam
60g Tracklement’s Cranberry and Port Sauce
60 ml Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Dark Muscovado Sugar
3 tbsp Orange Juice
2 tbsp Lime Juice
50 Cocktail Sausages
Mix all of the ingredients (not the sausages) in a bowl
Line a tin with parchment paper or foil
Add the sausages to the tin
Pour over the mixture, turning the sausages ensuring that they are coated.
Bake in the oven 200 deg C (180 fan) for around 30 mins or until cooked (stir after 20 mins)
