We have joined forces with fellow New Forest Marque member Pig Beer to create our NEW Brockenhurst Banger sausage and our Steak & Stout Pie.
As you know we love to keep things LOCAL! This week we have joined forces with The Pig Brewery from Brockenhurst to make two of our best selling Home-Made products.
Making our famous Brockenhurst Banger (Pork & Ale), with a beer made in Brockenhurst must be the right thing to do. Adding their “Storm” IPA to our Award Winning Pork Sausage, creates a unique truly LOCAL banger full of flavour.
Our second New Product comes From our Kitchen.
Our Steak & Guiness Pie has been replaced by Steak & Stout, using The Pig Brewery’s “Blak” Beer.
Tender chunks of the best braising steak, slowly cooked in a rich stout gravy.
