- Orders cannot be cancelled within 48 hours of the delivery/collection date. With the exception of Christmas orders – once the Christmas order has been finalised (payment received) it can not be cancelled or changed.
- We practice a no refunds/chargeback policy unless an exception (or special agreement) is created under the agreement of both parties (The customer & Sway Butcher’s Team).
- If we are out of stock of a specific item we reserve the right to either substitute or give you a refund for the item.
- You must be above the legal age of 18 or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make any purchases or payments to our online store.
- You agree that all personal information (Name, address, ect.) entered before checkout, is accurate, correct and up to date.
- You must be eligible to use coupon codes entered.
- You are responsible for entering the correct details of your order before purchase (This includes delivery time and date, order contents and delivery location). If you enter incorrect information please contact us immediately at (hello@swaybutcher.co.uk) or visit our shop.
- This website has been established in England and as such is governed under English Law at all times. In the event of a dispute, relevant parties should submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
